This old house has been restored by Romain, its owner, with traditional materials such as wood, stone or metal to give charm and character to this gite with fireplace for the winter months and swimming pool for the warm season! The house extends over nearly 400m2 spread over two levels. On the ground floor a very large living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large fitted games room. All the rooms open onto the outside, onto a large furnished terrace and the swimming pool. Upstairs 3 large bedrooms also with private bathrooms. All the rooms in the house have a view of the surrounding nature and the vineyards.
The cottage is open for rent all year round with a minimum of one week in July and August.
