The making of sweet white wine<\/strong><\/p>\n

The grapes are harvested mechanically or by hand for the prestige vintages. The manual method makes it possible to sort by privileging the optimal maturity. The harvest is done in October and can go until November. It takes place at the beginning of October and can continue until November.<\/p>\n

Fermentation stops naturally when the sugar and alcohol block the work of the yeast. The fermentation can also be interrupted by cooling and filtering. Sweet white wine must be aged for several months before bottling.<\/p>\n
